After arriving to Belvedere Vodka martinis and caviar at the Northern Foyer of the Sydney Opera House, guests were greeted to tables dressed with bespoke Dinosaur Designs creations and a by a menu designed by executive chef Danielle Alvarez, spanning Paspaley pearl meat ceviche with finger lime to poached Murray cod, pickled fungi and a zucchini ribbon salad.
